I believe that when we are able to fully relax our bodies to the point where we don�t sense them anymore then we can truly communicate with our souls. Let go of the physical concerns and embrace the ones that truly matter. The more I can relax and experience my world anew, the more I enjoy being here. When I get caught up in my everyday struggles I feel weak and confused. When this becomes overwhelming I can remind myself of the inner peace I have been able to find through meditation and prayer and connection to my home. I do believe that we are travelers here on Earth and that the reason to be here is to learn. As we learn we enrich our life here and we gain knowledge that we will be able to carry with us forever.
