"Pink Yarrow" is in my soul today and warming my heart. It's gentle colors invite my body to lean in and smell its sweet scent.
My garden in Washington state was planted full of medicinal flowers, herbs and vegetables. It would bloom all spring, summer and into fall for some species.
My family and I would cook and make a variety of healing recipes with these plants daily. I used them in many ways and they brought us pleasure and joy with their colors, tastes and sweet smells.
